1. Consent to personal data processing

By ticking a separate checkbox on the website or on the screen before signing in via Telegram, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to the processing of my personal data entered in the form or received from Telegram.

Purposes: sign-up and sign-in to the Genka service, image and video generation, the assistant, coin accounting, answering requests, protection against abuse.

• Telegram data: identifier, username, name, interface language, profile photo;
• IP address and browser information;
• prompts, uploaded photos, generation results;
• assistant conversations, summaries, assistant memory and embeddings;
• public nickname, gallery publications, reactions and reports;
• information about balance, tasks and operations.

Operations: collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is automated.

Persons entrusted with processing: rented computing resources and hosting. Information about them is given in the personal data processing policy.

The consent is valid until the account is deleted or the consent is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by writing to [not specified].

2. Consent to cross-border transfer

By ticking a separate checkbox, I give consent to the cross-border transfer of my data for performing generation and assistant replies: prompts, uploaded photos, generation results, assistant messages and memory.

As of this version, data is transferred to rented servers in Belgium and France.

The validity period and withdrawal procedure are the same as for the processing consent. After withdrawal, the operator stops the transfer, and without it generation and the assistant are unavailable.
