Content rules

1. General

The Genka service is for safe content only. The rules apply to requests, uploaded photos, generation results, conversations with the assistant and gallery publications.

2. What is forbidden

• explicit and sexual content;
• any content involving minors;
• violence, cruelty, calls to cause harm;
• images of real people without their consent, and materials that defame a person or mislead others on their behalf;
• extremist materials and other information whose distribution is prohibited in Russia (Article 15.1 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ);
• materials that infringe copyright or other rights of others;
• attempts to bypass service restrictions and automated checks.

3. Checks of uploaded photos

Uploaded photos are checked automatically. If a photo may show a minor, the task is rejected and the reserved coins return to your balance.

4. Gallery publications

• Before publication a work goes through an automated pre-check. A work that fails it is not published.
• Published works may be reviewed by a moderator.
• Any user can report a publication. The operator reviews reports and removes publications that break the rules.

5. Consequences of violations

• refusal to fulfil the request;
• removal of the publication from the gallery;
• restriction of features or blocking of the account for repeated or serious violations.

6. How to report a violation

Use the report button on the publication or write to [not specified]. If your rights are infringed, say which ones and attach proof.
