1. About this document

This document describes the cookies and browser storage entries used by the Genka website (https://genka.io). The website does not use web analytics or advertising services and does not set third-party cookies.

2. Cookies

• theme: the selected colour theme (light or dark), kept for 365 days;
• i18n_redirected: the selected site language, so it is not detected again on every visit;
• cookie_notice: a mark that you closed the cookie notice, kept for 365 days.

3. Browser storage

• local storage: account sign-in data, generation form drafts, the last started task, a payment waiting for confirmation;
• session storage: technical marks of current operations, removed when the tab is closed;
• IndexedDB: drafts of images added to a form, so they are not lost when the page reloads.

These entries are needed for the website to work and are kept only in your browser. Form drafts are cleared when you sign out.

4. How to remove them

You can remove cookies and site storage in your browser settings. After that the website forgets the theme, the language and your sign-in, and the cookie notice is shown again.
