Refunds and payment

Version 1.0 of October 19, 2026
Operator details are not filled in yet, this edition of the document is not in effect.

1. What coins are

  • Coins are digital units inside the Genka service that pay for generations and paid features.
  • Purchased coins are credited to your balance after the payment provider confirms the payment.
  • Coins cannot be transferred to another user or exchanged for money, except for a refund under this document.
  • Bonus coins are credited for free, so no money is refunded for them.

2. Payment

Payments are accepted through a payment provider. Bank card details are processed by the provider; the operator receives only the fact, amount and status of the payment.

3. Automatic return of coins

When a task starts, coins are reserved. If the task fails or is rejected by a check, the reserve returns to your balance automatically, no request needed.

4. When money is refunded

  • money was charged but coins were not credited because of a technical failure;
  • the same payment was charged twice;
  • the payment was made without the card holder knowing;
  • the service was unavailable for a long time after the purchase and the coins could not be used.

5. Unused coins

You may withdraw from the services and get money back for purchased coins you have not spent. The refund is made on request, minus the costs the operator actually incurred (Article 32 of the Russian Consumer Rights Protection Law). The operator determines the amount from your payment and spending records. Coins spent on completed generations pay for services already rendered and are not refunded.

6. How to request a refund

Write to [not specified] from the address or account the purchase belongs to, and include:

  • the account email or your Telegram ID;
  • the transaction ID;
  • the payment date;
  • the reason for the refund;
  • proof: a screenshot, a bank statement or other documents.

The operator replies to the request within 7 business days. Money is returned to the payment method used for the purchase.

7. Disputing a payment with your bank

If you dispute a payment with your bank without contacting the operator first, the account may be restricted until the dispute is settled. Write to support first: it is usually faster.
